Return & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your Ehisleepwear pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email info@ehisleepwear.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions and next steps.

Return Options

• Refund to original payment method
  Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• Store Credit
  A great option if you plan to shop with us again. Store credit is issued for the product amount and is not reduced by return shipping.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear
• Lounge bra must have the hygiene liner intact

Return Approval

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our hygiene or condition standards.
